Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Oil & Gas company to hire an experienced OD & Reward Lead.
The one-year consultancy contract focuses on organization development, workforce planning, job evaluation, compensation, and reward initiatives.
Roles and responsibilities
- Lead workforce and manpower planning and organizational design aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain organization structures, organization charts, job descriptions, and job evaluation frameworks.
- Conduct job analysis, grading, and evaluation to support consistency, internal equity, and role architecture.
- Lead compensation and benefits work, including salary benchmarking, market surveys, salary structures, allowances, incentives, and reward frameworks.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and frameworks; support reward and recognition, career frameworks, succession planning, and workforce effectiveness.
Requirements
- Requires 8–12+ years of relevant experience in Organization Development, Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or related HR consulting or transformation roles.
- Oil & Gas or large-scale industrial experience is preferred.
- Requires hands-on consulting delivery in organization design, workforce planning, job evaluation, grading, and compensation projects.
- Requires expertise in salary benchmarking, market surveys, compensation structures, benefits, incentives, and reward frameworks.
- Requires understanding of job architecture, job descriptions, organization structures, internal equity, and external market competitiveness.
- Requires analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills, including translating workforce and reward data into practical recommendations.
