.NET Lead- Asset Finance

Technical Leadership and Delivery

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies.
• Build AI agents using GitHub Copilot, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Define application architecture, solution designs, integration patterns, and development standards.
• Review and estimate technical requirements, user stories, and development tasks.
• Drive sprint planning, technical backlog prioritization, and release planning.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding, security, and best-practice compliance.

Team and Engineering Collaboration

• Mentor and coach developers while fostering continuous learning and engineering excellence.
• Work with QA teams on test coverage, performance testing, and automation strategies.
• Partner with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release management.
• Monitor progress, remove technical blockers, and provide stakeholder updates.
• Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture governance meetings.

Asset Finance Delivery

• Implement and enhance Asset Finance solutions and their modules.
• Participate in client workshops, technical discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, and architecture reviews.
• Design interfaces between Asset Finance and external platforms with system integration teams.
• Assist with data migration, reconciliation, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Support Professional Services and Pre-Sales teams with solutioning, estimation, and client presentations.

Technical Qualifications

• Extensive experience with C#, .NET Core or .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, GitHub Copilot, LangChain, LangGraph, AI agents, and RAG.
• Strong expertise in microservices-based architectures.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database design, performance tuning, and data integration.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment.
• Excellent understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices.

Leadership and Domain Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and business audiences.
• Financial Services, Banking, Leasing, or Asset Finance experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with security, scalability, performance optimization, and enterprise integration patterns.
