Compensation
- The posting offers a fixed monthly salary of AED 2,000.
Candidate qualifications
- One to two years of experience in a similar luxury-hotel role is advantageous.
- Fluent English and strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Additional languages are a plus.

Guest service and VIP support
- Welcome and farewell guests, engage with them in the lobby, and provide personalized recognition and service.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly, follow up, solicit feedback, and support service improvement.
- Escort VIP guests to rooms, explain facilities and offers, and inspect VIP rooms and amenities before arrival.
- Coordinate guest amenities, welcome letters, and fruit setups for VIPs, GC, and long-stay guests.
Operations and coordination
- Work with Front Office, Concierge, and Reservations to coordinate guest service and communication.
- Prepare and review arrival reports for the GC, VIPs, and guests with special status.
- Record daily activities, participate in operations briefings, and hand over work at shift end.
- Complete courtesy calls and performance-monitor tasks, update guest histories, and follow health, safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures.
- Promote inter-hotel sales, in-house facilities, events, food and beverage outlets, and special promotions.
