Sales, service, and administration
- Explains sales-presentation requirements and encourages guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview tours.
- Provides guest rewards or complimentary items for patronage.
- Supports Sales & Marketing with filing, emails, typing, faxing, and accurate message handling.
- Assists management with employee training, evaluation, counseling, motivation, and coaching.
- Welcomes guests, addresses service needs, communicates professionally, and supports team goals.
- Follows company policies and quality standards; maintains confidentiality and protects guest and coworker privacy.
- Performs other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- At least one year of related work experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience is specified as necessary.
