Provide services that guide guests through their stay and make interactions and transactions part of a memorable experience.
The position is full time, non-management, and not remote.
Responsibilities
- Process operational needs and address guest requests.
- Complete reports and share local-area highlights with guests.
- Assist with vehicle loading and unloading and transport luggage to or from guest rooms and the designated bell area.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Work standards and physical duties
- Create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain professional uniform, appearance, and communications.
- Work involves extended standing, sitting, or walking; moving through confined or elevated spaces and using stairs or service ramps.
- Handle physical tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 50 pounds without assistance or 100 pounds with assistance.
Preferred qualifications
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
