Motion Designer / Animator – 2D Motion Graphics, Brand Animation & Digital Marketing

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Create 2D motion graphics, animations, and digital marketing videos.
• Produce product explainer videos for banking products, digital services, and marketing campaigns.
• Animate brand assets, typography, logos, icons, and infographics according to brand guidelines.
• Develop motion content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, websites, and mobile applications.
• Handle video editing, sound design, music synchronization, and basic color correction.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing stakeholders from concept to final delivery.
• Adapt animations across formats, aspect ratios, and English and Arabic versions.

Required experience and skills

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in motion design, motion graphics, or animation.
• Advanced Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro skills are essential.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Hands-on experience with 2D animation, brand motion graphics, kinetic typography, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating marketing campaigns, social media animations, and product explainer videos.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, transitions, and visual composition.
• A strong motion design portfolio or showreel is essential.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred experience

• Banking, FinTech, or financial services industry experience is preferred.
• Arabic language skills or Arabic typography animation are preferred.
• 3D animation experience with Cinema 4D or Blender is preferred.
• UI/UX motion and micro-interactions using Lottie, Rive, or Figma are preferred.
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools and UAE/GCC market experience are preferred.
