Microsoft Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Consultants – CRM & Business Central

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end implementations, customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
• Gather stakeholder requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain configurations, customizations, workflows, extensions, and integrations.
• Build integrations using REST APIs, web services, and Azure Integration Services.
• Prepare functional and technical specifications, solution documentation, and integration designs.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, deployment, optimization, and application maintenance.
• Coordinate with technical teams, business users, and external stakeholders for project delivery.

CRM position qualifications

• Extensive Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementation, customization, and support experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
• Hands-on C#, .NET, plugins, Custom APIs, JavaScript, and Dataverse Web API experience.
• Expertise in Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Service Bus; experience designing REST API integrations.
• Knowledge of Azure API Management, Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, monitoring, and integration error handling.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure DevOps, and solution deployment.

Business Central position qualifications

• Extensive Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation, customization, and support experience.
• Functional understanding of finance, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, sales, purchasing, inventory, fixed assets, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on configuration of workflows, approvals, dimensions, posting groups, and business processes.
• Technical expertise in AL programming, extensions, reports, APIs, and event subscribers.
• Experience with REST APIs, OData, web services, and Azure Integration Services.
• Experience integrating Business Central with CRM, HRMS/payroll, banking, e-invoicing, and third-party applications; knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, source control, testing, and deployment management.

Preferred qualifications

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Business Central, or Azure are preferred.
• Enterprise-scale CRM/ERP implementations and exposure to multi-company, multi-currency, or multi-country environments are preferred.
• Analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, plus ability to independently manage functional and technical requirements, are preferred.
