Terracotta Outsourcing is recruiting an HR Onboarding Specialist for its outsourcing division.
The role is based onsite in Abu Dhabi and is full-time.
Employee onboarding and client coordination
- Manage outsourced employee onboarding from offer acceptance through joining.
- Coordinate joining formalities, document collection, and induction sessions.
- Provide clients with onboarding updates and coordinate manpower deployment, requirements, schedules, and documentation.
- Maintain professional relationships with client stakeholders.
Visa, payroll, and HR administration
- Coordinate visa processing, labour documentation, Emirates ID, medicals, and related formalities with internal PRO teams and external stakeholders.
- Track visa status and maintain accurate records.
- Support monthly payroll inputs for attendance, leave, new joiners, and final settlements.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation, and assist with employee queries about onboarding, payroll, and HR processes.
Qualifications and experience
- Previous experience in onboarding, HR operations, outsourcing, or employee coordination roles.
- Understanding of UAE visa and onboarding processes is preferred; payroll coordination exposure is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills, strong organization and multitasking abilities, and fluency in English.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
