Serves as the property Manager on Duty and oversees property operations to provide high levels of hospitality and service.

Schedule and position
- Schedule is full time; position type is management.
Education and experience
- Requires a high school diploma or GED and two years of guest services, front desk, or related experience; OR a related two-year degree from an accredited university with no work experience required.
Guest services and operations
- Supervise and manage employees and day-to-day operations; maintain collaborative relationships across departments.
- Handle guest complaints and disputes, provide immediate assistance, and support guest satisfaction and retention.
- Set goals, communicate expectations, monitor service standards, and implement corrective action to improve guest satisfaction.
- Maintain high visibility in public areas during peak times and perform front desk duties during periods of high demand.
People, policies, and administration
- Coach, mentor, train, and evaluate employees; monitor performance and participate in progressive discipline procedures.
- Implement customer recognition and service programs and apply property policies and standard and local operating procedures consistently.
- Manage payroll administration and assist with financial management using budgets, operating statements, and payroll progress reports.
- Communicate and analyze information, solve problems, and understand and implement emergency plans.
