- Perform inspection and evaluation of systems and structures for the facilities as well as Snagging and DE snaggi
- ng.Familiar with the relevant MEP international codes and standar
- ds.Outsource the quotations for the special skilled work and have negotiation skills with external contracto
- rs.Liaising with clients for the feedback of the quality of servi
- ce.Coordinate with main office for proper planning of PM schedules with respect to resourc
- es.Site visits, supervise the projects by third party contractors and check the quality of jo
- bs.Assist in preparing the Monthly repo
- rt.Checking the maintenance costs, maintenance tools, materials in store and equipme
- nt.Carry out the engineering duties in planning and overseeing maintenance of building MEP wor
- ks.Make sure that company policy and regulations, health & safety plans at site work are implement
- ed.
Qualificat
- ions3 year Diploma is a must and Bachelor Degree is desira
- ble.Relevant professional certification is prefer
- red.

- 7 - 9 years relevant exper
- ience.UAE Light Vehicle Driving License is pref
- erred.Process Orientation, Planning & Organizing and Delegation S
