We are looking for a skilled and motivated Muay Thai Coach with a minimum of 5 years of professional coaching experience.
The coach will be responsible for training students of different skill levels, improving fitness and fighting techniques, and creating a safe, disciplined, and motivating environment.
Responsibilities
- Teach Muay Thai techniques including punches, kicks, elbows, knees, footwork, and defense.
- Plan and lead group classes and one-on-one training sessions.
- Develop training programs based on student goals and fitness levels.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement.
- Ensure safety during all training sessions.
- Prepare fighters for competitions and sparring sessions.
- Motivate students and maintain high energy during classes.
- Maintain gym discipline, cleanliness, and professional standards.
- Assist with fitness conditioning and injury prevention exercises.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Muay Thai coaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of Muay Thai techniques and training methods.
- Experience working with beginners, intermediate, and advanced fighters.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to create structured and engaging training sessions.
- Physically fit and capable of demonstrating techniques.
- Certification in Muay Thai coaching or fitness training is preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certification is an advantage.
