Position summary
CSCEC Middle East is recruiting MEP Planning Engineers for a large-scale project in Dubai.
The planning engineer works on site and prepares and reviews the baseline program with the main contractor.
The engineer tracks and updates the program to reflect site conditions and identifies and records delay events for EOT submissions.
Responsibilities
- Develop the MEP construction schedule and prepare and submit the cost-loaded project schedule.
- Compile monthly status reports detailing activities, actual start and completion dates, and percentage complete.
- Capture project status, including photographs, and compile monthly progress reports for client submission.
- Collate information about variances from the baseline program.
- Prepare recovery measures to accelerate construction and meet milestones and targets.
- Maintain baseline program, activity, progress, and revised-program records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least seven years of relevant work experience.
