The employer is seeking a detail-oriented MEP Estimator to join its team in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs for MEP works.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Estimate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
- Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams.
- Prepare tender submissions, cost breakdowns, and variation estimates.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support competitive pricing.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in MEP estimation.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Fit-out and construction project experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 5,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
