Join the team as a Junior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator cum Procurement Officer.
The role supports estimation and procurement, with interior fit-out projects identified as the preferred experience area.

Key responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for interior fit-out projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Request and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Source materials and coordinate with suppliers for competitive pricing.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and the procurement team.
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, costs, and procurement documents.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in estimation and/or procurement; interior fit-out experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and material costing.
- Good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 3,500 per month.

- Work is in person.
