Marketing and Content Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive marketing plan for the company and its sister companies.
- Plan monthly marketing activities, campaigns, content calendars, and lead-generation strategies.
- Manage and grow social media presence, including followers, reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Create videos, reels, project photos, graphics, promotional materials, written posts, captions, stories, and updates.
- Visit ongoing and completed projects to capture professional photographs and videos for marketing content.
- Develop content showcasing projects, capabilities, services, team members, achievements, and completed works.
Campaigns and Digital Presence
- Create and manage social media campaigns designed to generate qualified business leads.
- Monitor campaign performance and report on reach, engagement, enquiries, leads, and conversions.
- Update and maintain company websites with portfolios, services, images, news, blogs, and other marketing content.
- Improve search-engine visibility and online presence through SEO and content optimization.
- Develop strategies to improve visibility in AI-powered search results and AI-agent recommendations.
- Research how AI search engines and agents rank and recommend companies, then optimize content accordingly.
Tools and Coordination
- Use AI tools for content creation, research, copywriting, image and video production, SEO, campaigns, analytics, and marketing automation.
- Stay current with AI marketing tools, social media trends, content formats, SEO practices, and digital marketing strategies.
- Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to improve digital positioning.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity and professional image across digital platforms.
- Coordinate with project and management teams to obtain accurate project information and select projects for promotion.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Experience creating Reels, short-form videos, project videos, photography, graphics, and written content.
- Ability to operate cameras or mobile equipment independently and produce professional content on-site.
- Strong video editing and graphic design skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google search, local SEO, website content optimization, and analytics.
- Understanding of AI search, generative search, and AI agents and how to improve visibility within them.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Experience with lead generation and paid social media campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and manage marketing from concept to publication.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of AI tools is mandatory.
Pay
- Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 7,000 per month.

- The role is performed in person.
