Mep Engineer (Junior To Mid-Level)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review MEP designs, layouts, technical drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Produce and coordinate MEP drafting and detailing using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with architectural and structural disciplines.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure MEP works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Monitor installation progress, identify technical issues, and provide practical engineering solutions during construction.
• Participate in design coordination meetings and support clash detection and resolution.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and project requirements.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• **2–5 years**
• of relevant experience in MEP engineering.
• Hands-on
• site experience
• in residential, industrial, or luxury building projects.
• Strong

Autocad

Revit Mep

• Experience coordinating HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience with waterfront villas, lagoons, swimming pools, or other luxury developments is an advantage.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and standards is preferred.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
