About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated

Software Sales Specialist

to drive the sales of our proprietary ERP platform.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with decision-makers, demonstrating the value of our ERP solution, and closing deals across multiple industries.

You will play a key role in expanding our customer base by helping businesses digitize and streamline their operations through our all-in-one ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and outbound sales.
  • Identify and qualify leads across industries including construction, real estate, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, trading, and professional services.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client workflows and business challenges.
  • Deliver engaging ERP product demonstrations tailored to each client's needs.
  • Present proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close new business.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract signing.
  • Build strong relationships with business owners, CEOs, Finance Managers, HR Managers, Operations Managers, and IT Managers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and customer records in the CRM.
  • Work closely with the implementation and technical teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
  • Stay informed on ERP market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B software or technology sales.
  • Previous experience selling ERP, CRM, HRMS, Accounting Software, POS, or SaaS solutions is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience managing a complete sales pipeline.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling ERP solutions to SMEs and enterprise clients.
  • Knowledge of business processes including Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, CRM, Manufacturing, and Project Management.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.
