Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell membership packages to potential clients
- Identify and engage qualified leads through calls, meetings, and networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Explain membership benefits clearly and persuasively
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the marketing and events team
- Attend networking events and represent the company
- Provide excellent customer service before and after sign-up
