Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell membership packages to potential clients
  • Identify and engage qualified leads through calls, meetings, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Explain membership benefits clearly and persuasively
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
  • Collaborate with the marketing and events team
  • Attend networking events and represent the company
  • Provide excellent customer service before and after sign-up
