About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Consultant with a passion for fitness and wellness.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably within the fitness, gym membership, or wellness industry, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets in a customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training programs, and fitness packages to prospective clients
Generate new business opportunities through walk-ins, referrals, networking, and outbound sales activities
Conduct consultations with potential members and present suitable membership options based on their fitness goals
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention
Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize conversion rates
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, memberships, and sales activities
Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns, promotions, and club events
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of sales experience is required
Previous experience in gym membership, fitness, or wellness sales is highly preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Excellent presentation and relationship management skills
Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference
Minimum 1 year of experience in the wellness and fitness industry preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales required
