Membership Consultant
About This Role
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Membership Growth:
- Proactively generate leads through referrals, outreach, and networking.
- Conduct tours of the facility, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Present membership options and recommend suitable plans based on clients’ needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
2. Customer Service & Relationship Building:
- Provide excellent service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Build strong relationships with members to enhance retention.
- Follow up with potential members to encourage sign-ups.
3. Administrative & Operational Support:
- Maintain accurate membership records and update the CRM system.
- Process membership applications and payments.
- Collaborate with the fitness team to ensure seamless onboarding for new members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
