About This Role
- Greet and engage walk-in clients and respond to inquiries (in-person, phone, or online)
- Present gym facilities, services, and membership packages to potential members
- Conduct gym tours and explain benefits tailored to client needs
- Achieve monthly sales targets and membership conversion goals
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective members
- Handle membership registrations, renewals, and basic administrative tasks
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions promptly
- Stay updated on promotions, pricing, and fitness programs
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
