• **Sales & Membership Acquisition**: Actively promote gym memberships to potential clients through various sales strategies and techniques.
• **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering tailored solutions to meet clients’ fitness goals.
• **Lead Generation**: Identify and engage potential leads through phone calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins.
• **Tours & Consultations**: Conduct gym tours for prospective members and provide detailed information about services, facilities, and membership plans.
• **Membership Processing**: Assist clients in selecting the best membership options, process sign-ups, and handle related administrative tasks.
• **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall gym growth and membership retention.
• **Follow-Up**: Maintain ongoing communication with leads and current members to encourage renewals and referrals.
• **Promotions & Offers**: Keep clients informed about current promotions, discounts, or special events to encourage memberships.
• **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other gym staff to ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide excellent client experiences.
• **Market Research**: Stay up to date with competitor offerings and industry trends to suggest improvements to membership strategies.
• **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of memberships, sales, and customer interactions using CRM software.
