Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Membership Sales Executive to join a leading fitness and wellness company in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating membership sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote gym memberships, fitness packages, and wellness programs to potential customers.
- Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and social media inquiries.
- Conduct club tours and explain membership benefits and facilities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members and prospects.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into memberships.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and member satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in gym, fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven and confident personality.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Experience in membership sales or customer-facing sales roles preferred.
- UAE experience is preferred.
