Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Medical Representative** to promote and sell aesthetic and medical services within the clinic.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for **handling patient inquiries, explaining treatments, and converting consultations into sales**, while ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell products such as hair transplant & skincare services.
- Handle walk-in patients, calls, and online inquiries (WhatsApp, social media)
- Explain treatment procedures, pricing, and benefits to patients
- Support doctors during consultations and assist in treatment planning
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to clinic revenue growth
- Upsell packages and promote ongoing offers
- Follow up with leads and existing patients to ensure conversions
- Maintain accurate patient records and update CRM systems
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in **clinic / healthcare sales**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures
- Target-driven with a sales-oriented mindset
- Arabic and English language skills are an advantage
