Padra Medical Center is seeking a skilled and experienced Hair Transplant Technician to support hair restoration procedures and ensure the highest standards of patient care.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in FUE hair transplant procedures, graft handling, implantation, and patient care before, during, and after treatment.
Padra specializes in hair transplantation and hair restoration services, including FUE-based procedures and related hair treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons during hair transplant procedures.
- Perform follicular unit extraction (FUE) under physician supervision, where permitted.
- Prepare patients for hair transplant procedures.
- Harvest, sort, count, and preserve grafts according to clinical protocols.
- Assist in graft implantation and placement.
- Design and mark hairlines under the direction of the treating physician.
- Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout procedures.
- Maintain sterile surgical environments and infection-control standards.
- Educate patients on pre-operative and post-operative care instructions.
- Conduct follow-up assessments and support post-procedure recovery.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Support inventory management of medical supplies and consumables.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Allied Health, or a related field.
- DHA Eligibility Letter or DHA License (preferred).
- Minimum 1 years of experience in hair transplantation or aesthetic procedures.
- Strong knowledge of hair transplant techniques.
- Experience in graft extraction, graft preparation, and implantation.
- Knowledge of infection control and patient safety standards.
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work effectively in long surgical procedures.
