Padra Clinic is looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Aesthetic Sales Supervisor** to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and deliver an exceptional patient experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in aesthetic or healthcare sales, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate the aesthetic sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase clinic revenue.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a high standard of patient consultation.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze KPIs.
- Coach, train, and mentor sales consultants to improve performance.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic management to maximize treatment conversions.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure high patient satisfaction.
- Stay updated on aesthetic treatments, products, and market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum **3–5 years of experience** in aesthetic, cosmetic, healthcare, or luxury sales, including supervisory experience.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage
