Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate with knowledge of EMR and scheduling systems
- Available for immediate joining
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and assist with check-in and registration
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently
- Handle phone calls, emails, and patient follow-ups
- Verify insurance, process payments, and support billing activities
- Maintain accurate patient records and perform general administrative duties
- Support marketing activities and promote clinic services/packages.
