Trainee Mechanical Engineer role with no prior work experience required.
Responsibilities
- Support departmental productivity and operational efficiency targets.
- Assist in optimizing resource utilization and minimizing equipment downtime.
- Assist senior engineers and supervisors with inspecting, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment and systems.
- Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance according to approved procedures.
- Support troubleshooting and help identify root causes of equipment failures.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, manuals, and schematics.
- Participate in structured training, workshops, and on-the-job learning.
- Develop technical knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment maintenance, and engineering practices.
- Seek feedback from mentors and supervisors to support performance and professional development.
Work experience and education
- No prior work experience is required.
- Fresh high school graduate.
