Assist workers and teams with operational tasks to support productivity and efficiency.
Prepare materials, handle tools, and help keep work environments organized and safe.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect materials; report damage or shortages to the storekeeper.
- Barcode incoming finished goods materials.
- Stack materials in allocated locations efficiently.
- Pick materials using pick slips and verify items with the storekeeper.
- Load and unload vehicles as instructed by the storekeeper.
- Keep the warehouse and surrounding area neat and orderly.
- Assist the storekeeper and store manager with cycle counts.
- Accompany the driver on deliveries when instructed.
- Follow safety practices and use company assets carefully.
Qualifications and experience
- High school qualification or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience as a helper, factory worker, or in a similar role.
- Able to lift 15–20 kg.
Languages
- Must be able to communicate in and understand English and Hindi.
