Responsibilities
- Design, install, operate, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment to project specifications and industry standards.
- Prepare and review mechanical drawings, technical submittals, material approvals, and method statements.
- Supervise HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and other mechanical works as applicable.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, architectural, and other project teams; monitor site compliance with drawings, schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting; liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare progress reports, inspection requests, and project documentation; ensure compliance with UAE building codes and authority requirements.
- Monitor material usage, manpower productivity, and project costs to support timely completion.
Experience and license
- Three years of building construction experience is preferred.
- A UAE driving license is preferred.
Pay
- AED 4,000–6,000 per month.
