Prepare precise, regulatory-compliant drawings from engineering concepts, red-line markups, and site surveys.
Work may support construction, infrastructure, or fit-out projects in the UAE.
Drawing preparation
- Create detailed 2D and 3D civil, structural, and site development drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Prepare shop, working, construction layout, and as-built drawings from engineer or architect designs and site measurements.
- Develop site layouts, grading and earthwork plans, road profiles, drainage, and utility layouts.
Compliance and coordination
- Ensure drawings follow UAE building codes, consultant guidelines, and applicable municipal or authority standards.
- Assist with documentation for authority approvals and permit submissions.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, surveyors, and MEP/structural teams to resolve site discrepancies.
- Review architectural and structural drawings for clashes or alignment issues before site execution.
Qualifications and experience
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- At least 2–5 years of dedicated drafting experience in the UAE or GCC construction/consultancy sector.
- Demonstrated work on local building, infrastructure, or fit-out projects.
Software requirements
- Advanced AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of Civil 3D, Revit/BIM, or SketchUp is an advantage.
Pay
- AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
