Lead mechanical and electrical assessments for a technical due diligence project.
Provide professional recommendations on asset condition, defects, risks, and future CAPEX requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead assessments of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, ELV, fire alarm, firefighting, and life safety systems.
- Assess MEP technical and regulatory compliance and remaining useful life of assets.
- Review drawings and asset documentation, verify as-built conditions, and conduct compliance assessments.
- Identify defects and deterioration, assess technical risks, and prioritize remedial actions.
- Develop CAPEX recommendations and prepare engineering reports.
- Supervise technicians, coordinate inspections within assigned markets, review findings, and validate assessment outputs.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or electronics engineering is required.
- Eight years of facilities-management experience is required.
Pay
- Pay is from QAR 1.00 per month.
