Mosanada FMS seeks a Business Systems Specialist for its Business Systems & Technology team at its Head Office in Qatar.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Systems, or a related field.
- Four to six years of relevant experience in business systems, application support, CAFM, software implementation, or business analysis.
- Experience with CAFM/IWMS and business applications; strong knowledge of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and functional documentation.
- Good understanding of SQL and relational databases; experience with UAT, system implementation, and application support.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform, APIs, or integrations knowledge is advantageous; FM industry experience is highly preferred.
Role responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business and system requirements and translate them into practical solutions and functional specifications.
- Support CAFM/IWMS, TRAIL, and other business applications; coordinate implementations, enhancements, integrations, and data migration.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user guides, and other system documentation.
- Coordinate UAT, functional testing, and deployment; work with technical teams and vendors to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
- Provide training, demonstrations, and user support; analyze system data for reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Identify process improvement, automation, and digital transformation opportunities and connect business users with technical teams, vendors, and clients.
Pay
- Pay is listed as from QAR 1.00 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person; the role is based at the Head Office in Qatar.
