Role Overview
• Carry out masonry works including plastering, block work, tile fixing, grouting, concrete repairs, and finishing works.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of walls, floors, ceilings, walkways, and other building structures.
• Repair cracks, damaged tiles, marble, cement finishes, and other civil-related defects throughout the hotel.
• Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to identify maintenance requirements.
• Ensure all masonry work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and clean condition.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair works.

Masonry and maintenance duties
- Carry out masonry work, including plastering, block work, tile fixing, grouting, concrete repairs, and finishing.

Qualifications
- Experience as a Mason, preferably in a hotel, commercial building, or facility management environment.
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, tile installation, plastering, concrete repairs, and finishing work.
- Basic knowledge of painting, carpentry, or other civil maintenance trades is an advantage.
- Experience in preventive maintenance within hotel facilities.
- Good teamwork and communication skills in English.
