Role overview
Maintain and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures within the hotel.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults, lighting, outlets, motors, and control panels.
- Inspect systems, respond to maintenance requests and emergencies, and document maintenance work.
- Assist with equipment installation, testing, and commissioning; coordinate with engineering colleagues.
- Follow safety regulations and hotel standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel, commercial building, or facilities management environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC, BMS, wiring, lighting, motors, generators, or preventive maintenance is advantageous.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; good communication and teamwork.
