Electrical Technician
Role Overview
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures within the hotel.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, lighting systems, power outlets, motors, and control panels.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential electrical issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and hotel standards.
• Maintain records of repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment performance.
• Assist with installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment when required.
• Coordinate with other engineering team members to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Requirements
- Previous experience preferably in a hotel, commercial building, or facility management environment.
- Knowledge of HVAC, BMS, or other building systems, wiring, lighting, motors, generators, and preventive maintenance practices.is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
