About the Role
We are looking for high-performing Real Estate Sales Consultants to drive sales across our residential and commercial projects.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting and selling property units and towers, building strong client relationships, and contributing directly to the company’s revenue growth and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential and commercial units and towers.
- Manage client relationships and provide professional sales consultation throughout the sales cycle.
- Follow up with prospective clients until deal closure.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Build strong relationships with investors and potential buyers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and project offerings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or banking.
- Proven track record in selling residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Strong experience in off-plan sales.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
