Position Overview
The Marketing Specialist supports development and execution of marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, driving consumer engagement, and supporting business growth.
The role coordinates marketing campaigns, analyzes market trends and consumer insights, and collaborates with cross-functional teams for brand and product promotion in the food industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing brand strategies for food and beverage products aligned with company objectives, market trends, and consumer needs.
- Support planning and implementation of promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activations to increase brand awareness and sales performance.
- Conduct research on consumer preferences, food industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product Development, R&D, and Quality teams to ensure products meet market demands and brand positioning.
- Work with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to support in-store visibility, promotional activities, and retail channel execution.
- Analyze consumer feedback, sales data, and market performance to identify opportunities for product and brand improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on brand performance, campaign effectiveness, market trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
- Full fluency in spoken and written English.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and across multiple teams.
- Creative thinking with strong analytical skills.
