Oversee real estate projects from planning and development through execution and handover.
Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, approved quality standards, and business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and handover.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and compliance with plans and regulations.
- Identify risks, resolve operational challenges, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage contracts, variations, and project documentation.
- Deliver projects in line with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in real estate project management, property development, or construction projects.
- Proven end-to-end real estate project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, cost control, and risk management.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or other project management tools.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
