Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and convert leads to meet individual and company sales targets.
• Build long-term relationships with UAE and international investors and end-users.
• Conduct property viewings and high-level client presentations.

Qualifications and candidate profile

• Native or professional fluency in English, Arabic, or a European language, with excellent command of the language.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and client management abilities are required.
• Familiarity with UAE property laws and market procedures is preferred, not mandatory.
• Candidates should be confident communicating with clients and have sales or other customer-facing experience.
• Candidates should be willing to learn and grow in real estate and have organized, consistent, reliable follow-up habits.
• Availability for a full-time role based in Abu Dhabi.
