Marketing & Sales Specialist – Luxury Watches & Jewelry

About This Role

The Marketing & Sales Specialist should have a strong background in the luxury watches and jewelry sector. The role is boutique-based and focuses primarily on sales development, marketing initiatives, and B2B partnerships, with additional involvement in in-boutique operations and sales.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Sales, Marketing & B2B Development

• Demonstrate proven experience within the luxury watches and jewelry industry.
• Plan, prepare, and execute marketing events both inside and outside the boutique, including coordination with mall management, vendors, and external partners.
• Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on Instagram.
• Develop and grow the B2B business, actively identifying and securing profitable partnerships and commercial deals.
• Drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth through targeted marketing and sales initiatives.

Boutique Operations & Retail Sales

• Support in-boutique sales activities, ensuring a premium customer experience aligned with luxury brand standards.
• Assist with retail operations, working closely with the boutique team to maintain operational excellence.
• Contribute to achieving overall boutique sales targets and performance goals.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in the luxury watches and jewelry industry is mandatory.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or B2B development, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of marketing events, and boutique activations.
• Solid experience in B2B sales, partnership development, and deal negotiation with a results-driven mindset.
• Hands-on experience in retail operations and in-boutique sales, with a strong understanding of luxury customer service standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
