Regional Sales, Marketing & Training Manager (m/f/d) - Dubai

Your Responsibilities:

• Support the Regional Director MEIA (Middle East, India, Africa, Turkey) in the strategic development and management of the region, in close alignment with our Business Units
• Manage and develop distribution partners across the region, driving brand growth in line with company and brand strategies
• Achieve budgeted targets, increase market share, strengthen brand positioning, and enhance long-term desirability
• Conduct regular market visits with a strong focus on training (distributors and opticians) and performance monitoring according to company standards
• Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities
• Present and support the launch of new collections
• Support and adapt regional marketing strategies based on HQ guidelines
• Monitor and evaluate local marketing activities across markets
• Support clients at international and regional meetings, exhibitions, and trade events
• Assist partners in organizing and executing national events

Your Profile:

• Based in Dubai, U.A.E.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the region
• Proven experience in sales of high-quality consumer goods – preferably in the eyewear, premium, or luxury industry
• Strong affinity for premium brands and a keen product sense
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
• Proactive, well-organized, and results-driven personality
• Strong communicator, team player, and natural networker with excellent relationship-building skills
• Confident appearance with strong presentation and communication abilities
