Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and experienced Marketing & Advertising Department Officer to lead and execute the company’s marketing and advertising strategies, strengthen brand identity, increase customer reach, and support business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies and campaigns.
- Manage digital and traditional advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
- Manage social media accounts and marketing content creation.
- Coordinate with design and sales teams to achieve marketing goals.
- Prepare periodic performance and marketing budget reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies and external vendors.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum [2–5] years of experience in marketing and advertising.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and advertising platforms.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Experience in photography, videography, and graphic design is considered a plus.
