Digital Marketing & Social Media Account Manager
About This Role
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies, driving sales through digital channels, producing compelling content, and managing our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about building meaningful brand connections online.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Online Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, CTR, CPC, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.
- Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and paid search results.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with external agencies or vendors when needed for digital advertising.
Sales & Lead Generation
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies through digital channels to support the sales pipeline.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, drip campaigns, promotional blasts).
- Track and report on conversion funnels, lead quality, and online sales performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue targets.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and nurture leads effectively.
Content Creation
- Develop high-quality, engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media, and digital ads.
- Write compelling copy tailored to different platforms, audiences, and stages of the buyer journey.
- Produce or coordinate the production of visual content including graphics, short-form videos, reels, and stories.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content and channels.
- Manage a content calendar to ensure timely and strategic publishing.
Social Media Account Management
- Manage and grow the company's presence on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
- Engage with the online community — respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and on-brand manner.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Analyze performance analytics and prepare monthly reports on social media KPIs.
- Manage influencer partnerships and user-generated content campaigns.Compensation

Performance bonuses: based on sales growth, campaign KPIs, and ROAS improvements.
