Marketing Officer supporting Decorative Marketing in Qatar; reports to the Marketing Manager.

Supports sales growth and stronger brand presence through timely delivery aligned with business priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support local Decorative Marketing plans in line with regional strategies and business priorities.
- Coordinate and execute projects across product, brand, retail, and marketing communications.
- Support product launches, portfolio updates, product transitions, packaging changes, and related materials.
- Coordinate promotions, brand activations, events, and digital and social media activities; localize regional campaigns.
- Coordinate with regional marketing, Sales, internal departments, agencies, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market visits, monitor competitors, and analyze market and sales data to support positioning and marketing decisions.
- Manage marketing administration, documentation, material ordering, and reporting under company guidelines.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience; FMCG, paints, building materials, or a similar industry is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic marketing knowledge, strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills, a proactive approach, and willingness to learn.
