Maintain assets in accordance with technical practices and manufacturers’ requirements to ensure equipment reliability.
Position is based in Jeddah and reports to the Assistant Manager – Maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance tasks to standards and procedures; update Matrix Maintenance System data, preventive maintenance actions, standard jobs, spare-parts lists, and inventory controls.
- Analyze recurring and critical breakdowns, troubleshoot faults, and support preventive and corrective maintenance of production lines and industrial equipment.
- Support multiple shifts with emergency maintenance and electrical and mechanical repairs as required.
- Support commissioning of new assets in line with HSEQ, engineering, and work-permit requirements.
- Support PLC programming, control networks, and industrial control systems; read basic mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic diagrams.
- Update maintenance records and estimates using a computerized maintenance management system.
Qualifications and requirements
- Vocational technical course or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical studies.
- 4–6 years of experience in electro-mechanical and industrial facility maintenance.
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, industrial electrical, and mechanical systems and troubleshooting.
