Dispatch Planner

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors, Production planners and Customer Service on product availability, order dispatch timelines and order forecasts.
• Support delivering the right order on or before the agreed delivery date to achieve OTIF and IDP targets.
• Plan and organize customer order deliveries by scheduling and coordinating with respective departments.
• Maintain 5S standards within the warehouse including cleanliness, product standards, designated areas and sorting.
• Report, monitor and analyze Warehouse/Logistics KPIs and adhere to HSEQ rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or dispatch function.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both verbally and written.
