We help clients visualize complex projects with precision, creativity, and craftsmanship, supporting presentations, sales, and decision-making through visually compelling models.
Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, strengthen brand visibility, generate business opportunities, and position BID 3D Models LLC as a leading provider of architectural scale models in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute integrated 360° marketing strategies across digital, outdoor, and CRM channels to maximize brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Identify and target real estate developers, architectural firms, urban planners, and government clients.
- Oversee brand strategy, advertising, and promotional campaigns to ensure consistent messaging, creative excellence, and measurable performance.
- Create and oversee marketing materials: brochures, presentations, portfolios, case studies.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to showcase completed projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and networking events by working with third parties and external agencies to ensure BID brand is positioned to attract more clients.
- Develop, implement and manage online marketing plans across all relevant digital platforms such as SEO, SEM, PPC, Email and Social Media channels.
- Manage annual marketing budget and find innovative measures to maximise ROI spend by providing periodic analytical reports.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and pricing benchmarking to support strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for growth and market differentiation.
- Generate qualified leads and support the sales team in project acquisition.
- Track and report the performance of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in architecture, construction, design, or real estate.
- Expert in creating successful B2B brand awareness, demand and lead generation campaigns across the marketing mix, including events, paid media channels, content, social media and performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools. Knowledge of the UAE/GCC architecture scale model market.
- Established network in architecture and real estate sectors.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions.
- Ability to present technical/design services effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Marketing experience in architectural visualization, scale models, or design services.
- Knowledge of the UAE/GCC real estate and architecture market.
- Established network in architecture, construction, and real estate sectors.
