A leading FMCG and food manufacturing organization in the GCC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the strategic growth and development of its Poultry category.

This is a senior leadership role within a high-growth Protein division, responsible for shaping long-term brand strategy, driving category performance, and strengthening market positioning across one of the region’s most competitive food sectors.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in defining the future direction of the category through consumer-led innovation, commercial strategy, and cross-functional business leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall marketing strategy for the Poultry category across the GCC region.
• Develop and implement long-term strategic brand frameworks and 5-year growth plans.
• Own annual operating plans, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial performance delivery.
• Drive consumer insight and market analysis to support innovation, portfolio development, and communication strategies.
• Partner closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and executive stakeholders to ensure strong commercial execution.
• Identify opportunities for market expansion, category growth, and brand differentiation.
• Lead product launches, campaigns, and strategic initiatives to maximize market share and profitability.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team with strong performance management practices.
• Ensure alignment between brand strategy and overall business objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience within branded FMCG environments.
• Strong experience within Poultry, Protein, Fresh Food, Frozen Food, or wider Food Manufacturing sectors.
• Proven track record delivering commercial growth and category performance.
• Strong strategic planning, brand management, and consumer insight capabilities.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams within multicultural environments.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Fluent English communication skills required.
