Digital Marketing Manager
About This Role
Digital Experience
- Extending campaigns into digital channels - owned and paid.
- Working alongside the Customer Engagement digital marketing and platforms team to build and execute 'loyalty' campaigns.
- Work alongside Enterprise Analytics to produce reports for campaign performance and member behaviour in digital touchpoints.
- Engage with our media agency to brief and define paid media plans.
Social Media
- Experience with Facebook and Google advertising, plus the Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target & Adobe Analytics.
Industry Knowledge
- Strong industry knowledge to support new channel expansion.
Relationship Management
- Engage with creative and direct marketing agencies for the briefing, ideation and delivery of digital media assets.
- Support 'platforms' team with content updates on client websites.
- It is essential to have develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring cultural sensitivities are respected.
Digital Reporting
- Analyse and prepare accurate digital campaign performance reports.
- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work closely with various teams and support delivering best in market loyalty campaigns.
